Council's commitment to access and inclusion means making sure that people with disability can take part in our consultations and be kept informed of our activities and decisions.

Council information and publications are available in a variety of formats. There are also a range of way people with hearing, speech, mobility and vision impairment can communicate with Council. Communicating Customers who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment can use the National Relay Service:

Publications

Council produces a number of publications in a variety of formats to ensure access for everyone. Our Coastell newsletter and Home Care information are available in large print, to assist people with impaired vision and is also available on audio CD.
