Our Aged and Disability Services team can help you stay involved in everyday activities.  They can also provide support for you to maintain or rebuild your confidence to allow you to stay active and healthy at home. 

Types of services available

Home and Community Care Services - Services are available to eligible clients to stay assist them to stay active and healthy in their own home.
Planned Activity Group (PAG)  - Provides you opportunities to participate in small, friendly groups and to join in activities and outings.  This service also gives carers a well earned break from their caring role.
Community Transport  - Provides a bus service for HACC eligible clients who are unable to access private or public transport independently.
