About Cr Barlow

Cr Barlow was elected for his first term on Bass Coast Shire Council in 2005. He represented Churchill Ward in his first term of Council. At the most recent election in November 2008, Cr Barlow was elected to represent the Anderson Ward. He also served as Deputy Mayor for a term in 2010/11.
